You are Welcome Here

 We believe that every person is loved by Divine Spirit. Our Quaker faith community includes people of any age, religious background, race, education, nationality, physical or mental ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or economic circumstance.

You are welcome to join us as you are. We come together in worship at 10:30am:

  • To listen to promptings of the Spirit;
  • To experience a collective Presence/Wisdom;
  • To grow in our faith;
  • To be changed;
  • To support each other; and
  • To help one another do what the inner LIght urges us to do.

    If you have questions about our Meeting, contact us at [email protected]

    All adults (not just parents) are encouraged to feel empowered to remind kids of these norms as needed.  It is part of integrating kids fully into our community.  Please email Katie ([email protected]) if you have feedback or additional suggestions.  We'll be posting a list of norms soon, and will revisit as needed.

    With Our Whole Hearts

    I hope the stories of faithful living and opportunities for engagement featured in this month's newsletter will bring you encouragement and nourish your spirit. My prayer is that in these turbulent days, each of us might find space—even if only for a few moments—for the refuge, rest, and renewal that will allow us to be who we are called to be.                  Noah Merrill, Secretary, NEYM

    The Love That Overcomes

     November 3, 2018

              For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God –Romans 8:38-39
