How to Register
Online: The easiest and fastest way to register for the Gathering is online starting April 1, 2020. (Registration will be closed from April 15-21 while we process early registrations.) Follow this link for more information about what you need to decide before registering, and to start your Gathering registration. We recommend registering from a laptop or desktop, rather than from a mobile device.
Phone: FGC offers phone registration for attenders who cannot complete the online form. Register by phone on business days (Monday-Thursday, 10am-4:30pm, Friday 10am-6:30pm EDT), or by advance appointment on evenings and weekends. Registration will be temporarily closed April 15-21. Follow this link for more information about what you need to decide before registering.
On-Site (Adults Only): Please see this website or call in late June to inquire about housing for walk-up registrants. Full-time and half-time participants will be charged the standard person late fee (no late fee for up to three days part-time). Workshop choices will be limited. See below for part-time information.
Part-Time Attenders (Adults Only)
Part-time registration is a great way to get a taste of the Gathering. On-campus housing is not available and meals are on a cash basis. Walk-up or advance part-time registration fees are listed on the Gathering fees page. Need housing? Consider registering for a Half-Gathering.
The Gathering Store, exhibits, and the arts gallery are open to the public without registration. All-Gathering evening programs are open to the public if space allows. Please check this page in late June before you come for an evening plenary. All other events and activities are limited to registered attenders.
